How long will it take to edit the wedding film?
Clients will receive the final film within 3-5 months after the date of the contracted event.
What is your cancellation/refund policy?
The contract can be cancelled for any reason up to 3 month prior to the wedding date.
The deposit is non-refundable. In the case of another large outbreak of COVID-19, the client has the option to reschedule if the state and/or location of wedding and reception are shut down.
How will we receive the final video?
We will send you the completed video via email. If the client requests an external hard drive/USB
the client is responsible for the cost of the external hard drive/USB and we will mail the device to you.
Are changes available once we see a first edit?
Yes, clients are able to make changes to the first edit. Any additional changes after the
first edit will be made at an additional cost.
Do you offer raw footage?
No, we do not offer raw footage.
Raw footage is not included with any package and can not be purchased separately.
